ARI REMIX PROJECT: LIVING ARCHIVES, ARTIST-RUNS: Queensland 1980-NOW
In this series of ephemera interviews artists, their peers and social observers directly and actively involved in Queensland artist-run culture speak about the social context for their art making, their “conspiracies” and collaborations, their contents and their discontents, successes and failures. Providing insights into the diversity of ephemera they produced and/or collaborated on during this period. Artist ephemera referred to here includes super eight “artist home movies”, artist books, letters, mail art, postcards, posters, exhibition invites, flyers, buttons and badges, exhibition catalogues, room sheets, didactics, artist publications, newsletters, artist files, private archival resources, artworks, banners and photo/video documentation. Also included are digital copies of artworks produced.
