Casselle Mountford has been working professionally as a practicing artist for over two decades.
Casselle’s creative practice spans sculpture, weaving and ceramics. Her sculptural work is constructed from a diverse range of materials including natural fibre, wood, paper, clay, bronze and found objects . Casselle’s Sculptural Installations have featured in private and regional galleries throughout Australia and her site specific sculptures have been exhibited in various outdoor locations including the SWELL Sculpture Festival in Currumbin, Strand Ephemera in Townsville, Casuarina Beach sculpture walk, NSW and Sculpture by the Sea in Noosa. Casselle has also completed artist residencies at Bundanon , NSW, Mt Coot-tha Botanic gardens, Brisbane and at the Lines in the Sand festival on Stradbroke Island.
