Brisbane in the early 80s – the independent film scene was a strange and merciless place. Sticking to the script by breaking all the rules. Featuring Jo Forsyth as the Sylvie, Penny Glass and Glen Perry as the Good Guys, Michele Andringa and Mark Bracken as the Bad Guys and the dumbest dummy in motion picture history. Written and directed by Stephen Stockwell before he knew anything. Camera by Garry Phillips and Kerry O’Rourke who went on to know a lot more. Audio by Linda Walace and Brendan Lloyd but don’t blame them for the lack of sync which was a product of Super 8 audio limitations.
I’m looking for details of the music which was mostly from early 80s local Brisbane Bands. If you have details, leave them in the comments box. So far: Ninja Skil, “Private Property”
